Foundations of Connection
Posture & Frame: Building a strong partner connection.
Basic Steps and turns together: Leaders’ & followers’ roles.
Mini-Routines every week: Combine steps + turns + partner connection.
Leaders’ & Followers’ Turns with smooth hand styling, body Movement & Styling: Adding hips, shoulder rolls, and natural flow.
